3. Subscription Plans
Pro Plan: €2.99/month or €29.99/year
Refunds available within 14 days (EU law)
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Generate QR codes linking to malicious content
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Attempt to hack or disrupt the Service
- Resell or redistribute our Service
- Use the Service to spam or harass others
5. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lyon, France.
